About the Author
Ethan Starr has been tracking and studying America’s wealthiest people for over twenty-five years. He formerly researched high-net-worth donors for the development department of a national non-profit. Mr. Starr earned a bachelor’s degree in political science from Union College and a master’s in library science from The Catholic University of America. He became intrigued by billionaires when he read Forbes’ annual list of the 400 wealthiest Americans, which was first published in the 1980s.
